Ultra-low pressure membranes - reduce power consumption by 30% or more,
Membranes - alternate membranes including Nano-filtration (NH), seawater (SW), cellulose acetate (CA) and softening membranes are available,
Two-pass RO - produce ultrapure water at low cost.
Pretreatment equipment - filters, softeners, chemical feed systems, UV sterilizers, ultra-filtration (UF) and microfiltration (MP) systems are available to prevent scaling and fouling the RO membranes.
Post treatment equipment - degasifies, chemical feed systems and UV sterilizers are provided to assure that the product water is within specifications.
Deionizers - polish the RD product water to meet application specifications including ultrapure water.

Spiral wound, thin film composite membranes – provide superior salt rejection and product flow at low operating pressures.
Computerized system design – accurately projects system operating characteristics for each application.
Multistage centrifugal pumps – stainless steel wetted parts for corrosion resistance and offer quiet, high efficiency operation.

Automatic Flush – permeate or feed water flush system (AFS) reduces corrosion potential and membrane fouling. Permeate flush can extend membrane cleaning frequency and membrane life.
Liquid filled pressure gauges – liquid filled gauges assure pulse free readings and long gauge life.
Flowmeters – in-line and/or paddlewheel to PLC offer consistent accuracy and corrosion free performance.
Convenient layout – all gauges, meters and controls are located next to the control panel for ease of operation.
Feed water control valve – automatically shuts off feed water when system is not operating.
Low pressure switch – protects the pump from damage caused by inadequate pump inlet pressure.
High pressure switch – protects the 8” membranes from high membrane feed pressure.
Standardized system design – allows for quick shipments yet adaptable to suit individual application requirements.
Design for expandability – systems can be expanded to meet future requirements.
Optional Reverse Osmosis System Features
Fiberglass frame – constructed of structural fiberglass assembled with stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance and reduced maintenance.
Automatic product diversion – directs product water to drain if out-of-spec.
Temperature – temperature indicator to monitor the RO feed water.
Product pressure switch – protects the 8” membranes from potential high product pressure.
Percent rejection conductivity – product conductivity/feed conductivity equals salt passage.
Instrumentation – feed water ORP and pre-treat or post-treat pH digital display.
Silt Density Index (SDI) – SDI kit determines the suspended solids in the feed water.
Clean-In-Place membrane cleaning systems – integral to the RO or portable systems are available.
